  • Slow paced, light mindful movement practice.

  • Low impact and accessible to all levels.

  • Breathwork & meditation techniques are used to learn how to regulate the nervous system to process trauma, build internal resources & resilience.

  • Available for private one-to-one work & small groups

  • Sessions can be face-to-face or online.
