All instructions are invitational, encouraging self inquiry, personal agency and choice.

Breathwork & meditation techniques are used to learn how to regulate the nervous system to process trauma, build internal resources & resilience.
Available for private one-to-one work & small groups
Sessions can be face-to-face or online.
